These Terms and Conditions apply to all MAYs Thai Dine™ franchise locations and govern the general operation, customer service, and pricing policies across the brand.

Prices, menus, and offers may vary by location and are subject to change without prior notice due to operational needs or regulatory requirements.

Reservations are recommended at all locations. Franchisees may prioritize guests with confirmed bookings and manage walk-ins at their discretion based on availability.

Guests arriving later than 15 minutes after their reservation time may have their booking released to accommodate other guests.

MAYs Thai Dine™ franchise locations reserve the right to refuse service or seating to guests who do not comply with respectful behavior or dress standards.

Refunds will not be issued after payment is completed. Guests are encouraged to review their bills carefully before payment.

Each franchise location manages its own payment methods, commonly including local currency and major credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard.

Children’s meals may not be available on all menus, but franchise locations are happy to accommodate special requests where possible.
